| More information | Entrance to Tempo: Go the Puijonkatu and Tulliportinkatu street corner and take a lift to floor -2. Studio Tempo is wellness center for women, but all SYKETTÄ group exercise users are welcome to the classes! LesMills BodyPump is a classical muscle tone group class, where you use barbells and weight plates to train your whole body while listening energizing music. Remember good hygiene: - Wash your hands before going to class - Clean up the borrowed equipment after the class - Remember to keep safe distance - Don't come to the class if you feel sick - Sneeze to your sleeve Please remember that you are exercising at your own risk. Follow all the safety regulations. |
